Nathan Hale Williams

Nathan Hale Williams, President and CEO of iN-Hale Entertainment LLC, epitomizes the modern renaissance professional—a celebrated Emmy® nominated director, writer, producer, and best-selling author, he also been recognized as a Black Enterprise Magazine Modern Man of Excellence ®. With over two decades of experience as an entertainment attorney, Nathan established iN-Hale Entertainment in 2004, elevating it into a full-service production, events, and media consulting firm garnering accolades such as the GLAAD Media Award®, two NAACP Image Awards® nominations, the American Black Film Festival (“ABFF”) Best Picture award and the Thurgood Marshall Prestige Award for Excellence.

Nathan is a classic storyteller across multiple genres and media. His last film, All Boys Aren’t Blue, won two Telly Awards, including one for Nathan’s “Outstanding Direction,” an inaugural Anthem Award, and “Best Narrative Feature” at the NewFest Film Festival. Nathan’s award-winning short film, 90 DAYS was screened at over 40 top film festivals receiving multiple “Best” awards, including an African Movie Academy Award (Oscar equivalent) and the Cannes Diversity Showcase – Overall Winner. In 2022, Nathan was invited and selected for Mara Brock Akil/Story 27 Production’s Writer’s Colony (4-person Cohort) for “the industry’s most promising, emerging screenwriters” where he developed the screenplay for his upcoming feature film, Love Will Save the Day.


His other film credits include the NAACP Image Award- and GLAAD Media Award-nominated Dirty Laundry (Fox), The Ski Trip (MTV), Love for Passion, and Blackbird (RLJ Entertainment). His television credits include: My Model Looks Better Than Your Model (BET), Leading Women (Centric), The Kimchi Chronicles starring Hugh Jackman and Heather Graham (PBS), and Girls Who Like Boys… (Sundance Channel). On Showtime's The American Candidate, Nathan and his former partner, bestselling author, and political commentator Keith Boykin made history as the first openly gay Black couple on reality television. In 2019, Nathan's dream came true when he was hired to direct and produce live-action films for Sesame Street's 49th Season. His film BURDEN premiered at ABFF and has served as an innovative diversity, equity, and inclusion tool for Fortune 200 companies, law firms, and various organizations.


Nathan has also authored five books, Inspiration: Profiles of Black Women Changing Our World (Abrams), the award-winning novel, Ladies Who Lunch & Love (WHyN Press), The Girl’s Best Friend: A Collection of Essays on Love, Life & Sharing Your Light, What You Don’t Know IS Hurting: 4 Keys to A Phenomenal Career (Sunshine Publications), which was the #1 New Release on Amazon and is a #1 Best Seller, and True Diversity: Going Beyond the Pie Graph. 


Nathan is a contributing author to For Colored Boys Who Have Considered Suicide When the Rainbow Is Still Not Enough, which won the 2012 American Library Association’s Stonewall Award for Non-Fiction Book of the Year and was nominated for a Lambda Literary Award. A prolific writer, Nathan was a columnist for Essence Magazine and has written for publications such as, Elle, Black Enterprise, Crain’s, and The Huffington Post, showcasing his depth of knowledge and thought leadership. 



Hailing from Chicago, Nathan is an honors graduate of George Washington University Law School and received his Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (cum laude). Nathan's dedication to community extends to his roles as a former board member of the Outfest Los Angeles LGBTQ Film Festival and founding board member of Native Son.

Richard E. Pelzer II

Richard E. Pelzer II, is iN-Hale’s COO and EVP, Operations & Audience Development and Executive Producer. Richard is also the Co-Founder of HarlemCLX formerly known as Harlem2020. A graduate from Kent State University in Ohio, with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Art History and Business management, Pelzer's strong leadership skills and creative vision enable him to develop and manage business opportunities for clients in fashion, beauty and entertainment industries nationally and internationally.

Clients included; The NYSE Diversity Council, Sephora, Essence Magazine, The Apollo Theater, REALEMN Productions, SlayTV, and the NYCxDesign Week. Pelzer prides himself on his ability to cultivate long-lasting, creative partnerships and projects that stay within budget throughout fluctuations in the economic climate. His latest venture is Executive Producer of the film 90 DAYS, BURDEN, All Boys Aren't Blue, It Can Be Done: Ending Homelessness in America & coming in the spring of 2023 Love Will Save The Day all written/directed by Nathan Hale Williams.
